Appointments & Booking

All appointments are booked through our online scheduling system via Square. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and policies.

A valid credit card is required to book certain services. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, contact us immediately.

Deposits

For certain services (color corrections, extensions, bridal appointments, or appointments over 2 hours), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final service total.

Pricing

All prices are estimates based on consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, and the amount of product and time required. Any significant price changes will be discussed before proceeding with services.

Consultations

Complimentary consultations are available for new clients and major transformations. During your consultation, we'll discuss your hair goals, assess your hair's current condition, and provide an accurate time and cost estimate.

Results & Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment. I will work with you to make adjustments at no additional charge when reasonable.

Please note that certain transformations (such as going from dark to light) may require multiple sessions to achieve safely while maintaining hair health. This will be discussed during your consultation.

Children & Guests

Due to the nature of the salon environment (chemicals, hot tools, sharp objects), children who are not receiving services cannot be supervised and should not accompany you to your appointment.

Photos & Social Media

I love sharing my work! By receiving services, you agree that photos of your hair (not including your face unless given explicit permission) may be used for portfolio and social media purposes. Please let me know if you prefer not to have your hair photographed.
